Purchases and Refunds:
For digital goods refunds will be considered on a case by case basis and will depend on the circumstances when using ccbill.
For digital goods not using ccbill all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
Physical goods are sometimes damaged and unfortunately people sometimes people make mistakes. If your product is damaged before you get it, the wrong product, or printed incorrectly we need photos of what you received, all damages and or misprints as well as any other information and photos we may request. Upon approval we will send out a replacement product. We may also send a return label for you to return the defective or damaged product(s).
Refunds will only be issued after a replacement has been sent at least once and is at our discretion based on the circumstances and your history of refunds / exchanges with us.
If a download is corrupt or doesn’t function you may contact us through our support section which can be found on the main menu and we will assist you with a new copy of the purchased download.
Accounts, Returns and Cancellations:
If you have an account and would like to have the account removed you will need to submit a ticket via our support section using the ticket system. From there we will request any required information to remove your account completely. Please note, this will remove access to any remaining downloads or other purchases and will completely erase any history you have with us.
Because we aim to ship all orders within 1 business day (may be up to three business days) our orders are sent directly to our third party print company for fulfillment and depending on the workload they may begin printing your product within minutes of your order. For this reason we can not guarantee that an order can be canceled. However, you can submit a high priority cancellations ticket and as soon as possible we will contact the print company to see if your order has been printed and if not we will cancel the order.
Digital goods have instant deliver and thus it isn’t possible to cancel these orders.
You must request a return within three days of receiving your product. For returns that are not misprinted, or broken upon receipt the buyer will be responsible for paying return shipping. On all orders that are broken or misprinted the buyer will not be responsible for return shipping. For refund information please see Purchases and Refunds at the top of this policy.
